Definitions

• “Software” means the source code and associated files in this repository.
• “Standalone Redistribution” means publishing the Software (modified or unmodified) as its own project or package, including rebranded forks that are substantially the same as the Software.

Permission

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of the Software, to use, copy, and modify the Software for:

• (a) integration into other projects or modifications, and
• (b) operation on Arma game servers, including monetized servers that comply with Bohemia Interactive’s monetization rules,

subject to the following conditions:

1) No Standalone Redistribution

You may NOT publish, re-release, republish, upload, or otherwise distribute the Software, in whole or in part, as a Standalone Redistribution (e.g., on GitHub, GitLab, Steam Workshop, mod hosting sites, or any public repository/platform) without prior written permission from the copyright holder.

2) Distribution of Integrated Works

You MAY distribute a larger work that integrates portions of the Software, provided that:

1. the larger work contains substantial original content and is not primarily a rebranded or minimally changed version of the Software; and
2. the Software is not exposed as a separable standalone package within that larger work.

3) Attribution

If substantial portions of the Software are included in a publicly released project, reasonable and visible credit must be given to the original author (e.g., in the README, mod description, or loading screen credits).

4) Trademarks

This license does not grant permission to use the author’s name, project name, or trademarks to endorse or promote derived works without prior written permission.

5) Ownership

This license grants use rights only; no ownership is transferred. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the author.
