# About the Alpha Release

Goals

  • Deliver a stable core: persistence, inventory/wallet, shops, garage, resource loops, map markers, and the current UI set.
  • Keep breaking changes minimal and documented (migration notes when needed).
  • Provide clear setup docs and a default mission so communities can get running quickly.

Scope

  • Items marked 🟢 Stable in the tables are considered ready for general use at Alpha.
  • Items marked 🟡 / 🛠️ / 🔜 may ship in limited form, be disabled by default, or move to a later milestone.

Quality Bar (acceptance)

  • No known data-loss issues in normal play.
  • Server restarts preserve player/core state.
  • No reproducible critical crashes in core flows.
  • Basic documentation available for world setup and configuration.

Timing

  • There is no fixed date. The target is this year (2025), but release depends on meeting the quality bar above.

After Alpha

  • Beta will focus on feature breadth, polish, and reworks (PD/EMS, bank system, phone apps, UI passes), guided by community feedback.
